I was struck by the same attitude in the comments on both posts.  It&#039;s women&#039;s fault that there aren&#039;t enough men going to church -  it&#039;s too feminine (with too many flowers!): the answer is to make it more masculine.  But it is also women&#039;s fault that there aren&#039;t more women in web design: they ought to be more like men to get into it and to get ahead.</description>
