What can be enormously helpful is an analysis by experienced communications folks as to what is needed, and what would be strongly advantageous, in priority order, and what current resources actually support. This helps a congregation decide whether to assign more resources to communications. Mostly, otherwise, they're in a sort of grey fog about it all.
